No Capitol Corridor Bus Connections During the San Francisco Marathon 7/26

During the 2015 San Francisco Marathon Sunday, July 26th, there will be no bus connections at the Fishermans Wharf/Pier 39 (SFW) stop to Capitol Corridor Trains.


The suspension of bus connections will last from 1:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and will affect Capitol Corridor Trains 720, 723, 724, 727, 728, 729, 732, 733, 734, 736, 737, and 738.

Capitol Corridor Disruption

Today, Capitol Corridor reports major delays and cancellations due to an earlier medical emergency. Train 538 is delayed 21 minutes from Suisun City, Train 536 is delayed 40 minutes between Davis and Auburn, and train 541 is delayed 52 minutes from Richmond. Train 545 is canceled, passengers should board train 547, train 540 is also cancelled, passengers should board train 542. Please contact Capitol Corridor for more information.

Trackwork Between Martinez and Suisun Amtrak Stations

Union Pacific Railroad is performing track replacement between Amtrak Stations Martinez and Suisun. Work began on February 16th and will last until March 18th. Schedules will not differ during track replacement. There will be delays, particularly at night, when the work is going on, but minor delays will still occur during the daytime.

Amtrak San Francisco Bus Service Change

On Sunday, March 1st, the Ferry Building Amtrak bus stop and ticket office will be closed and relocated into the Temporary Transbay Terminal in a shared space with Greyhound. On Saturday, February 28, all scheduled buses will arrive and depart from the Ferry Building for the last time. The ticket office will close at its regular time, 10:30 PM, and the lobby/waiting area will close at approximately 10:45 p.m. Service at the Transbay Temporary Terminal, including the new ticket office, will begin on March 1. Minor service changes to the Route 99 Amtrak bus and Train 743 will occur. Route 99 goes from San Francsico to the Emeryvile station.
